Custom framing

Really pleased with the frame, matte, and museum glass my local framer provided. Gayle was really great to work with.

Gayle also recommended a local printer who I have yet to contact…but it is on my shortlist of things to do soon.

Looking forward to bringing Gayle my current project when it’s ready.

Underpainting

Using stippling to put down a first layer of sand while also feeling around for value shifts. Subsequent layers will reflect rain and disrupted sand (in some parts) and smooth firm sand in other areas.
